Biography

Javier holds a Master on civil engineering with option in Hydraulics, and is working in his PhD in the same line. Duting his academic development, he has tried to couple environmental engineering with hydraulics modeling in order to improve the design of electrocoagulation reactors. He would like to continue on modeling research fields, and expects to get a postdoc.

He currently serves on the IWA Emerging Water Leaders Steering Committee (2018-2020) as the Communications officer
