Keith graduated with a BSc in Chemistry (1992) and went on to take a PG Diploma in Water Management (1994). Since joining IWA in June 1994, Keith has had various responsibilities and fulfilled a number of roles within the organisation including: preparing the technical programmes for IWAs World Water Congresses and Leading-Edge Conferences; supporting the activities of IWA Specialist Groups, and coordinating the Cities of the Future, Water Climate and Energy, and Managing Utilities and their Assets programmes.
Keith transitioned from his role as Learning & Events Director to the role of Global Operations Director where he provides the leadership and management to ensure that the IWA has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures to support and serve the growing global water community. He leads the operations, human resources, information systems, finance and legal affairs units.
