Louisa Gosling and Carolina Latorre

 

Louisa Gosling works in WaterAid’s International Programmes Department, in a team of sector specialists providing support to country programmes. She has been collaborating with others to promote awareness of access to water and sanitation as human rights, and to develop inclusive and rights based approaches to work towards the SDGs for access to water, sanitation and hygiene .

 

Carolina Latorre has over 10 years of professional experience working in water law and policy, both locally and internationally. She is a qualified attorney at law in Chile and she specialized in water in the UK. In 2013, Carolina joined IWA where she currently leads the Water Policy and Regulation area of work. In her work, Carolina engages regulatory authorities in peer-to-peer dialogue and learning across regulatory functions, connecting them with other practitioners and the science and research communities to promote informed policies, effective regulation and collaborative governance. Mrs Latorre speaks Spanish, English and Turkish, with limited proficiency in Dutch.
