Biography

Jedrzej Bylka is a member of organization committee of YWP Workshop: Developing a roadmap: ICT solutions for water in smart cities. He works as a research assistant in Environmental Engineering at Poznan University of Technology. His research concentrates on usage of ICT tools for water distribution system control and management. Jedrzej would like to combine GIS, SCADA, ERP and computer models for the purpose of developing tools that support asset management in water utilities. He is highly interested in possibilities of using smart solutions for performance assessment in water utilities.

Jedrzej lectures about GIS, CAD, urban planning and computer modeling. He also has  experience in industry – he is a co-author of several technical reports, and consulted the implementation of computer systems in water companies.
