Biography

Electronic Control Engineer with a MSc in Electronic Engineering and a PhD in industrial processes by the University of Navarra (San Sebastian, Spain). Postdoc at the Canada Research Chair in Water Quality Modelling at Université Laval in Quebec. R&D researcher with more than 12 years of expertise in the water sector at the international level in the domain of full scale water quality monitoring, control and optimization of water systems, support data based tools and data intelligence for improvement of sanitation best practices and smart water management. Currently working at VITO – WaterKlimaatHub, with focus on innovative applied solutions for sustainable water use.
