Biography

Francisco Cubillo is co-author of AquaRating, an International Standard for Assessing Water and Wastewater Services. He’s a member of the AquaRating Technical Committee. He’s co-authored the third Edition of Performance Indicators for Water Supply services. Currently, Francisco is Deputy Director of Research Development and Innovation in Canal de Isabel II (Water Utility of Madrid). He has more than 30 years of experience in  Urban Water Services Planning and Management, and is actively involved in international events.
