Bianca is a proven & successful leader in business and sustainability with an extensive network across business, governmental organisations and NGOs. She is an experienced communicator and natural collaborator with ample experience on natural, social & human capital, water, biodiversity, climate adaptation, nature based solutions, Sustainable Development Goals and environmental social governance. She excels in integrated approaches working towards systems change, contributing to high value outcomes across sustainability, business transformation, capacity building, program management and stakeholder engagement.

At Anthesis, Bianca has worked with clients such as: Engie, Philips, DSM, Engie, Dutch government, Eneco, European Commission, Capitals Coalition, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Bianca has been Managing Director of the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) from 2019 to 2022 Previously Bianca worked at Arcadis where she was the global lead for the Arcadis Natural Capital business solution and the founding member of Arcadis NV ‘Global Sustainability Leadership Team’ responsible for the development of strategy and overseeing delivery of a broad range of programs that improve the quality of life. Bianca’s contribution encompassed a wide range of activities including coordination of Arcadis’ WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development), WEF (World Economic Forum) and GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) memberships and supporting business and governmental clients in all aspects of natural and social capital and Sustainable Development Goals realisation. In her role in the Global Sustainability Leadership Team she was an active contributor to the Arcadis global and Dutch Diversity & Inclusion networks.

She is board member of the Amsterdam International Water Week, sits in the Advisory Panel to the Natural Capital Coalition, the Technical Committee of the Social & Human Capital Protocol, the Steering Committee of the INDUS forum (Indo-Dutch CSR & Sustainability Forum), member of the Foundation Board at Workplace Pride Foundation, chair of the Advisory Board for the Araguaia Corridor Cost-Benefit Analysis Study from the Black Jaguar and member of the Sustainability Commission NKBV (Dutch Mountaineering Association).
