People working in the water sector within the fields of smart urban water infrastructure, cyber security; the employees of water companies and water boards, engineering firms or suppliers who are involved in digitization projects in the water sector as initiators, project employees or ICT specialists; consultants and researchers who have interest in or are involved in the digitalization of the water sector.
This course covers the subject of the transformation of the water sector towards a digital pathway. The lecturers will cover the application of digital techniques and methods in concrete terms in the daily activities of drinking and waste water companies. This 2-day course will be taught based on examples of various inspiring initiatives by the Dutch water sector and industry partners in the field of digitization. In addition, the ICT aspects will be extensively taught and discussed. The lectures will be followed by workshops on Digital Twin, Scrum Agile Working, and Serious Gaming. During this course, participants will gain insight into the success factors and pitfalls of digitization projects and get hands-on practise of the relevant tools to make the digitization trajectory in the water sector a success.
The course will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and can also be followed online.
