On the 29 November 2022, the first edition of the IWA Digital Water Summit will take place under the tagline “Join the transformation journey” and is designed to be the reference in digitalisation for the global water sector (please see: https://digitalwatersummit.org for the 2023 event). Water technology providers and water utilities are the main participants that will discuss and shape the agenda of this first IWA Digital Water Summit. The event includes a high-class exhibition and has a focus on business and industry, while technology providers and water utilities will be some of the key participants that will discuss and shape the agenda of the Summit. The programme includes plenary sessions, interactive discussions, side events, exhibition, technical visits, and social events.

Co-organized by the water utility in the region (Consorcio de Aguas Bilbao Bizkaia) and the IWA Governing Member in Spain (AEAS), the IWA Digital Water Summit, the first edition was held in Bilbao, Spain, 29 November – 2 December 2022.
