The 2do Latinoamerica and Caribbean Young water Professional Conferences (LAC-YWP) 2020 in Manizales, Colombia meet to the new generation of professional water leaders from different countries, involving researchers, technicians, innovators, professionals, graduates, and postgraduate students. This International event will bring an opportunity to share experiences at all levels professional, academic and business that will contribute to the professional development skills in our future water leaders, empowering them to deal with the new challenges around the sustainable water management of the water. During the event, they will find different scenarios that promote their professional networking growth through academic strategies such as plenaries, workshops, and oral and poster, as well as social activities as a welcome cocktail, gala dinner, city tour, and technical visiting. This event will become an enriching experience that stimulates the formation of new leaders in Latinoamerica and the Caribbean capable of creating impact proposals that favor the health, economy, and culture of our region.
