Following IWA’s 2nd International Water Regulators Forum held in 2015 in London, three working reports were published as key outcomes of the Forum. This second working paper, ‘Beyond Compliance Monitoring and Reporting’ highlights the various challenges of information management and data collection faced by regulators for the purpose of improving service provision.
