Biography

Sharara joined IWA in 2019 as a member of the IT and Digital Transformation team, focusing on process transformation and supporting the execution and design of the digital program to achieve superior membership engagement.

Sharara is a graduate of Brunel University London in Computer Science with Industrial Placement. She undertook her year in industry at Eli Lilly as a System Analyst and returned to complete her dissertation in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with her thesis on “Investigation of Machine Learning Algorithms in the Assistive Diagnosis of Breast Cancer”. She maintains a vivid and active interest in the field of sustainability and renewable, considering their impact on the environment and quality of life.
