Biography

Luke works as a Specialist Groups Officer at the IWA Global Office in The Hague.

He is a Public Policy and Human Development MSc graduate from Maastricht University and United Nations University – MERIT. In addition to working for several NGOs in the UK, he has worked in Germany in the field of urban policy at ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability. Additionally, Luke worked as a researcher in Cambodia for the think tank A-id: Agenda for International Development, investigating the successes of community-based natural resource management. Luke holds a first class degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol.
