He helps leaders apply collaborative approaches that build stakeholder buy-in through co-design, co-creation and co-implementation of enduring solutions.

Stuart is one of Australia’s leading advisers in the field of decision making, collaboration and governance.

Stuart, along with his colleagues at Twyfords, has co-authored two books:  “The Power of Co: The smart leader’s guide to Collaborative Governance“, and “Beyond Public Meetings: Connecting Community Engagement with Decision-Making”. He has presented numerous papers on governance and decision making and writes opinion pieces for a range of publications.

Lisa Andrews is IWA Specialist Groups Officer

Lisa Andrews is a young water professional who strives to make the world a better place. Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, she graduated from McGill University in the field of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), and also conducted her undergraduate degree at McGill in Environment and Development. Her specialization in the field of water management has strengthened her will to encourage sustainable urban water management among stakeholders through cross-cutting and participatory approaches.
