The 2021 IWA #WorldWaterCongress & Exhibition
Mr. Jakob Ellemann-Jensen, Minister for Environment and Food of Denmark, at the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition 2018 in Tokyo bridging this year’s conference with the next conference to be held in Copenhagen in 2021.
As a nation with strong competences in water technology, Denmark looks into the need for development of new technologies in the water sector, but also focus on cooperation, networks and multidisciplinary partnerships where the Danish share experiences and constantly work towards new partnerships nationally and globally for instance based on cooperation between cities. Denmark is strongly committed to constantly work towards new partnerships both nationally and globally. On city-level Denmark is active with the C40 network of cities and the upcoming P4G-partnership. P4G summit will be held in Copenhagen in October 2018 with participation of IWA. The Danish Exhibition Pavilion is established with the cooperation between Danish Industry, the Export Association, DANVA - Danish Water and Wastewater Association, IWA-DK and State of Green.
