Biography

Shalyn is a member of IWA’s Global Operations team with international experience working in India, Canada and the Netherlands. With her background in International Management and Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Shalyn works to ensure IWA’s Global Headquarters operates smoothly in its Finance, IT and Office Management areas. Currently, she is working actively in policy and procedure development for IWA. Shalyn also plays a key role as the Health and Safety lead and in improving the company culture through various initiatives. In her spare time, she is an active traveler and avid baker/creator of the Canadian Cupcakery.
