Shaitan has 23 years of experience as an Engineer in the Public Water Supply area. He is skilled in Execution works and Operation & Maintenance of public water supply. He also possesses knowledge of Management, Quantum GIS, Contract Management & sanitation technology. He holds a BE in Civil Engineering from JNV University Jodhpur and an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University.

Shaitan is responsible for DPR preparation, E-tendering, Execution and Operation & maintenance of water supply systems in rural and urban areas. Which includes providing safe quality drinking water to consumers in rural and urban area with addressing public grievances, and management of man power deployed. During work dealing with water quality, public participation, community empowerment, grey water management, ground water recharging, sanitation and technology for online monitoring & planning in collaboration with national and state governments and developmental partners.
