Mr Makoto Jingu is a Deputy Director General of the East Design Center of the Japan Sewage Works Agency established in 1975 based on the Japan Sewage Works Agency Act of 1972. He is in charge of planning and designing the WWTPs & Rainwater Pumping Stations and has been engaged in in the field of sewage systems for 25 years. From 2010 to 2012, he was Deputy Director of the Sewerage Works Division of the Sewerage & Wastewater Management Department, Water and Disaster Management Bureau for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in Japan.
