As IWA Membership Officer, Mai contributes to the development of marketing initiatives and communications materials for IWA’s communications and engagement department.
Deeply committed to IWA’s vision of a water-wise-world, and knowing that only a joint effort will transform this vision into a reality, Mai’s primary objective is to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship between IWA and its members. She is ready to go the extra mile to ensure our members’ needs and expectations are met.
Mai has previously worked for international organisations in the fields of marketing, digital communications, web maintenance and social media. She has a background in journalism and holds a master’s degree in international communications management.
