Biography
Nam just finished a PhD in Civil & Environmental Engineering research collaboration program between the Catholic University of America and DC Water in Washington DC, USA.
Nam has more than six years of experience in the area of intensification and resource recovery, process optimization, and online process control for enhanced carbon recovery, nutrient removal, settleability, odour mitigation and data analytics in wastewater treatment. He has been also developing and improving a plant-wide process model for the prediction of settleability to accelerate knowledge transfer of new technology into practice.
He has published his doctoral research in several peer-reviewed journals and made numerous presentations at highly regarded technical conferences such as WRRmod, IWA, NRR and WEFTEC.
