Biography

Katarzyna serves as IWA Leadership Engagement Officer, she is passionate about community building and engagement. At IWA she oversees Young Water Professionals community, empowering the young members of our association to engage with their peers internationally to seek solutions to water-wise world. Furthermore, Katarzyna looks after the Fellows community, being the first point of contact and offering support to the most senior IWA members.

Katarzyna hails from Poland and her experience of living in and traveling to countries in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and Africa has made her enthusiastic about inspiring others to engage across borders and cultures. Katarzyna’s professional background lies in international education, where she worked with university students, concentrating on developing new and enhancing already established academic and internship programmes.
