Biography

Dr Hassan Aboelnga holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and Environment from the University of Kassel in Germany. He serves as a management committee member of the Intermittent Water Supply Specialist Group of the International Water Association and is chair of the urban water security working group at the International Water Resources Association. Based at TH Köln, University of Applied Sciences, his research focuses on urban water security and integrated water resources management. He has over 40 publications, including a recent book on urban water security.
