Biography

Gokul Dayalan completed his Doctorate of Philosophy in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. His research focuses on Treated of leachate from municipal solid waste open dumpsites by Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP). His research also points to micro-plastics treatment in leachate by Ozone based AOP. Gokul is also actively involved in several Young Water Professional activities in the International Water Association (IWA).
