Biography

Francis joined International Water Association (IWA) in February 2013 on secondment from Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company (NCWSC). Until February 2013, Francis was the Quality Assurance Officer with NCWSC for five years the key responsibility of water treatment plant optimisation. Now, he is working with the IWA’s vibrant membership in the development of sustainable water management strategies for the African region.
