She holds Master’s degrees in Water Pollution Control, as well as in Regulatory Economics and Competition Policy with more than ten years’ experience in water supply and sanitation regulation with the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA).
She was actively involved in the development of Rwanda national policies, laws, regulations and standards pertaining to water supply, sanitation and waste management. She is now spearheading the development of quality and knowledge-based content for effective water supply and sanitation regulation.
