Biography

Ms. Jing(Crystal) Fan has rich experience in human resources and administrative affairs in world fortune 500 companies, ranging from world famous headhunting firm to real estate industry before she joined IWA. She graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, with advanced certificate of human resources management. She is familiar with different types of corporate culture and good at creating harmonious & comfortable efficient communication and working atmosphere in different environment with experience in both practical operation and management of human resources.

She is responsible for the management of HR & operation related issues in IWA global operation hub Nanjing office, which includes recruitment, payroll, employee welfare, training and office management affairs.
