Notice of IWA Annual General Meeting 2020

Notice is hereby given that the IWA Annual General Meeting for the members of the Governing Assembly (Governing Members) will be held on 23 September 2020 at 12:00 (London time) via video-conference.

• IWA Events update including proposals for venue for 2024 IWA World Congress

Virtual AGM

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and under the authority of Schedule 14 of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, we will be holding a virtual AGM. We are planning to use Zoom as the platform for the meeting and an external independent voting platform will be used for voting. Full details on how you can participate in the meeting and cast your votes, will be sent to you (along with all the background papers), by 7 September 2020.

 

Voting Representatives

Each Governing Member may appoint up to three official representatives to represent them at the Governing Assembly. However, only one representative (the “Voting Representative”) has the right to vote at the Governing Assembly.
