The manual is divided into 11 modules, each representing a key step in the Water Safety Plan (WSP) development and implementation process. Each module comprises of an overview, examples and tools and case studies. The overview section explains why this module is so important and how it fits in the overall WSP development. It outlines key activities to be carried out. The section with examples and tools will provide resources which could be adapted to support the development and implementation process. The case study section provides the reader with lessons-learned from real life experiences.
