The original version of this manual—The Manager’s Non-Revenue Water Handbook – was published in July 2008 for Asian water utility managers. The manual has been adapted for African utility managers by Malcolm Farley, using case studies and other material from several sources.

Written in a clear style and in user-friendly language the Manual’s structure gives managers and technical staff the opportunity to understand the factors that influence NRW and the solutions for managing it.
