Are you a YWP from the Middle East region? Do you know how to start an IWA Young Water Professional (YWP) chapter in your country? Are you a young leader who wants to make a change in the water sector? If the answer is YES, join us in the upcoming IWA YWP Regional Call.

This IWA-YWP Regional Call is an online event tailored exclusively for YWPs in the Middle East. The event is planned to share the initiatives and activities of IWA YWPs Chapters in the region, provide guidance on YWP membership and resolve participants’ queries. The event is open to all young professionals studying or working in water and related sectors in Middle Eastern countries.

The purpose of this IWA-YWP Regional Call includes introductions and further conversations on the benefits of IWA membership, ways to connect within the region as well as an overview of the global IWA network, and ideas for active engagement and collaborations among YWPs from the Middle Eastern country chapters. These discussions aim to facilitate experience sharing including examples of voluntary work within the water sector and to offer a glimpse of how IWA membership has benefitted YWPs.
