Some countries and regions were successful in reviving their infrastructure project finance markets in 2015 compared with the previous year, others less so. Overall, there was a slight rise in volumes, with the transport and renewables sectors leading. In 2016, the trend so far has been toward lower volumes and fewer closed deals.
