A diverse workforce is beneficial to Water Organizations as it brings agility, creativity and innovation. However, across the water sector, there is a persistent diversity gap within utilities, technology providers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.

In this webinar, water organizations from around the world will share why and how they are encouraging diversity within their workforce. Two utilities and one technology provider will share measures and instruments used to promote equal opportunities at all levels of responsibility and inclusive work culture.
