1st Latin American and Caribbean Young Water Professionals Conference

The Latinamerican & Caribbean YWP Conference 2018 will be the first YWP event in the region, bringing together young professionals from Latinamerican & Caribbean countries, including researchers, technologists, innovators, practitioners and undergraduate and graduate students. The objective is to exchange experiences and present innovative research aiming to solve water problems, in a framework of scientific and professional quality endorsed by the International Water Association (IWA). The main topic of our conference is Water Challenges and opportunities in Latin America & Caribbean where plenary sessions will look to encourage delegates to embrace such challenges to drives their research and work, as emerging water leaders on our region. Networking is an intention of the conference activities, where multidisciplinary Projects contest and exhibition, and cultural and technical activities will serve for professional ideas exchange and socializing; in addition to traditional oral and poster sessions.
